Rate and Information

All Our price and package price are based on a single/double occupancy per bedroom.
Third Adult (over 12 years of age) in room incurs a Bht1500 per night charge. Charge included extra bed and breakfast.
A child under 12 years sharing room with their parent is free charge. Breakfast is not included, but can be arranged at special 50% disscout price (currently at 220 Bht).
Price is inclusive of international buffet breakfast, service charge and government tax.
In-room dinning are offered at an additional charge.
Airport transfer is not included. Please click here for direction from airport to The Elements Krabi Pick up transfer from Krabi airport by the resort is 1,000 THB nett for one way (1-4 person)

Arrival & Departures

Normal check-in is 14.00 hrs.
Normal check-out is 12.00 noon. Complimentary late check out until 16.00, subject to room availability.
Early arrival can be arranged, subject to room availability.
Late checkout can be arranged at small charges, subject to room availability.

To ensure the room availability during the period you inquired, may we suggest you to make and confirm the reservations as soon as possible. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm daily and package reservation.
All cancellations must be communicated via e-mail or facsimile and receipt confirmed by our reservations department at lease 7 days prior to check-in date, or there will be 1 night penalty charge.
4% bank charge is applicable for all cancellation, including cancellations due to weather, acts of god, hardship, travel delays and all other reasons.
For all No-shows reservation, there will be 1 night penalty charge.
